This hotel is a bit dated but clean. It has a TV with movie channels, decent WiFi, and a fridge. There's a separate area in the outdoor restaurant for alcoholic drinks, and the food is okay too. There's a pool, but it was really overcrowded 😐. The hotel is close to the airport with a free shuttle service. I'd happily stay here again.

I've stayed at Ramada Plaza Karachi Airport several times, and once again, it was a pleasant experience. What really stood out during this visit was the thoughtfulness and personal attention from the staff. A special thank you to Manahil Haider from Guest Relations, who arranged a beautiful cake for my fiancée and had it placed in our room as a surprise. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture, and I genuinely appreciated the effort she made to ensure the occasion was special. Little things like this really make a difference and leave lasting memories. I'd also like to appreciate Alisha, who was wonderful throughout my stay. She kept checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I was comfortable. Her attentiveness and friendly attitude made the experience even better. While the overall stay was enjoyable, I do feel some of the rooms and facilities could benefit from a little more attention to maintenance, and service response times could be improved during busy hours. That said, it's the people who truly make a difference in hospitality, and both Manahil and Alisha deserve recognition for their efforts. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
