Room Booking Policy:
*The Booking will be non-Guaranteed until mode of payment is provided.
*To process the room booking. The booker must give valid cell number & e-mail address.
*Mode of payment must be provided 48 hours before the arrival date to confirm & guarantee the room booking (Either by cash deposit or valid credit card) our reservation department will send you the credit card from with terms and conditions.
*Cash payment booking are also non-guaranteed until bank deposit are verified by our finance department at least within 48 hours before the arrival date. (Booker must send only local bank scanned deposit slip to us)
Cancellation policy:
*The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival date by emailing us at reservation@ramadaplazakarachi.com
*The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel within 2 days before arrival date.
Terms & Conditions:
*For early Check-In Room has to be booked a night before.
*For any additional person, there will be extra charges.
Check-in time 14 hours Check-out time 12 hours. Parking available, weapons not allowed.
2 children’s under 5 years can stay free in parent’s room on existing bedding.
2 children’s under 5 years are free on buffet meals and 50% charges on buffet meals for children’s of age 5 years and above.
Pets are not allowed- No early checkout to avoid the early departure fee of 1 night room rent and taxes.
Late Checkout Available-Subject to availability of room, late checkout up to 1600 hours will be charged 50% and after 1600 hours 100% of room rent and taxes.
